A Note On Gas Prices

It's possible that in a short while, I will re-read this message and marvel at how low unleaded was at $2.79 a gallon for regular. Or at $3.05 a gallon for premium. But for now, what I'm more interested in is the fact that "no-name" gasoline outlets actually seem pricier than national brands.

Maybe it's just a regional phenomenon, but the lowest gas prices I've been able to find are at national retailers like Mobil, Chevron, or Shell.

I'd better enjoy it while it lasts.
