Iran Crisis Looms As EU Nuclear Talks Fail

Statements by Iran that it would resume its nuclear development activities as EU efforts to incentivize that country's abandonment of such activities seemed to fail led to warnings from EU officials today that the situation had become "very serious" and "very threatening".
